About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Associate – Healthcare Contract Operations Specialist at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of healthcare provider contract data. Your primary responsibility will be to research, validate, scrub, and enter data related to provider contracts into client systems. You will serve as a key point of accuracy in our operations pipeline, ensuring that every record is complete, correct, and properly loaded into the appropriate databases.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes work that has a direct impact on customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational success. You will be working closely with internal team members and occasionally communicating with clients via email to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Training and Onboarding

At careerzynith, we believe in setting every team member up for success. All new hires will be required to successfully complete our comprehensive training course and demonstrate proficiency in the material before working independently. Schedule and Availability

This position requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Please note that shift schedules may be adjusted based on client needs and operational requirements. We are looking for candidates who can commit to a consistent full-time schedule and who are flexible enough to adapt to occasional changes as the business evolves.

Compensation and Benefits
