Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk & Excel Professional to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our data entry team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data using a standard keyboard with high accuracy and speed
- Verify data from scanned documents into processing systems, checking for accuracy and making corrections as required
- Work independently with minimal supervision, meeting strict deadlines and productivity standards
- Utilize Excel and other software applications to perform data entry, report production, and document creation tasks
Requirements:
- Experience entering data into a computer system
- Experience entering or verifying confidential or Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to alpha-numeric key a minimum of 45 words per minute with no errors
- Excellent comparison skills and attention to detail
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production environment
