The Remote Data Entry Specialist is the backbone of our transaction processing workflow. You will be responsible for daily reconciliation of trade and transfer activities, identification and resolution of break‑points between careerzynith and fund administrators, and the accurate execution of corporate‑action events such as dividends and mergers. Your work directly influences the integrity of client accounts, the reputation of careerzynith, and the overall experience of advisors and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade & Transfer Reconciliation: Review, validate, and reconcile daily trade and transfer entries for alternative investment products, ensuring all discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
- Break‑Point Identification: Detect and analyze mismatches between careerzynith records and fund administrators, initiating corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
- Corporate Action Processing: Execute and reconcile corporate‑action events (e.g., dividends, splits, mergers) across client accounts, adhering to regulatory timelines and internal policies.
