Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Simple SEO Group is a results-driven digital marketing agency with a fully remote, multi-national team. They are seeking a Digital Account Manager to own client relationships and drive strategy across SEO, paid media, and website initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts to maintain strong client retention and grow accounts
- Lead client calls, performance reviews, planning discussions, and follow-up communication
- Oversee SEO, paid media, and website-related initiatives across multiple client accounts
- Own and manage paid ad accounts for assigned clients
- Work closely with internal SEO, paid media, content, design, and development teams to ensure work is moving forward efficiently
- Review campaign performance and help translate results into clear client-facing insights and recommendations
- Help identify issues affecting performance, including tracking problems, landing page issues, technical SEO concerns, budget constraints, lead quality issues, and client-side conversion problems
- Manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, and next steps across assigned accounts
- Help develop strategic recommendations for existing clients and prospective clients
- Maintain strong organization, responsiveness, and accountability in a fully remote environment
- Work with company leadership on select strategic accounts, internal initiatives, and special projects as needed
Skills
- Experience managing client relationships in an agency environment required
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, websites, and lead generation
- Ability to understand and discuss campaign performance, rankings, traffic, leads, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
- Experience working with internal specialists across SEO, paid media, content, design, and development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability remote environment
- Proactive problem-solver who can take ownership without needing constant direction
- 3–5+ years of digital marketing agency experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience with multi-location businesses, healthcare, dental, legal, home services, B2B, or local lead generation accounts
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, call tracking platforms, CRM data, and reporting dashboards
- Experience with website projects, landing pages, conversion optimization, and WordPress
- Google Ads certification or hands-on paid media management experience
