Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iExcel is a digital marketing agency specializing in account-based marketing for B2B SaaS. They are seeking a Scrum Master to implement scrum practices, facilitate meetings, and enhance team efficiency to support growth.
Responsibilities
- Adapt scrum practices for our digital marketing agency
- Train and implement these scrum practices with our team
- Facilitate standup meetings and ensure tasks are logged for future work to be accomplished that arise in those meetings
- Review and follow up with team members on tasks assigned to them
- Remove roadblocks for team members when they arise
- Report on progress of the team on a bi-weekly basis
Skills
- 1 year of project management, scrum master, or team management experience at a digital marketing agency
- Bachelors degree
- You're certified in Scrum and have experience adapting Scrum practices to projects outside of software development
