- Define the self-service analytics and reporting experience so stakeholders across the company can reliably answer their own questions through governed dashboards
- Set and enforce standards for data quality, lineage, documentation and access – including role-based access control (RBAC) – in partnership with engineering and security
- Serve as a central authority and resource for business intelligence and reporting teams, providing support and guidance as necessary
- Develop and maintain analytical models that support leadership decisions including go-to-market, account management, staff allocation and more
- Partner with leaders across product, finance, operations and technology to align priorities and resolve competing demands
Skills

- Proven ability to set strategy and translate ambiguous business needs into a clear, prioritized plan and operating model
- Demonstrated people leadership – hiring, developing and retaining data and analytics talent and setting direction for a team
- Excellent executive communication skills, with the presence to lead the platform and the ability to translate complex, data-heavy topics into clear, actionable insights for senior audiences
- Experience managing delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams in a dynamic environment
