Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad Enterprise is seeking an Early Career Recruiter to act as a strategic partner to client Hiring Managers. The role involves various aspects of the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding to produce quality hires.
Responsibilities
- Performing intake calls and providing regular updates on assigned requisitions
- Managing candidate pools, including internal, ad response, and direct sourced candidates
- Executing actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly account hiring goals while monitoring performance scorecards
- Ensuring all requisition activity is properly documented to meet compliance and SLA/KPI tracking
- Developing recruiting and sourcing plans and using tools to increase candidate pipelines
- Using independent judgment to determine potential candidate eligibility based on resumes and professional profiles
- Building qualified candidate profiles and determining the best slate of candidates to meet client deliverables
- Participating in special projects to enhance service offerings to existing and anticipated clients
- Executing candidate care strategies to facilitate a positive candidate experience
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year as a full-cycle recruiter
- Minimum of 1 year experience working directly with hiring managers
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
- Demonstrated success in generating candidate pipelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing daily activity to produce results
- Judgment: Using independent judgment to assess candidate eligibility
- Collaboration: Working effectively with internal teams and external client partners
- College degree preferred
