Responsibilities
- Independently plan, execute, and direct cross-functional engineering projects across traditional product lines for Our Client
- Manage projects on a cross-functional basis, including the direct supervision of team members
- Oversee all financial aspects of product development, including capital expenditures and cross-functional project costs
- Identify and resolve complex problems by developing new design experiments using diverse engineering approaches without supervision
Skills
- B.S. degree
- 8-10 years of experience
- 2-5 years of matrix management experience
- Experience in Project Engineering
- Experience in Project Management
