Primary Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter to join their team and support one of their Fortune 500 engineering clients. This role involves managing full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, sourcing candidates, and building strong talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for engineering roles across multiple industries
- Source candidates using engineering networks, recruiting tools, certifications databases, and technical communities
- Build strong pipelines for licensed/certified talent (PE, FE, NICET, etc.)
- Partner with MSP teams and client stakeholders to understand project needs
- Deliver high‑quality submissions with speed, accuracy, and strong communication
Skills
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with engineering or technical roles
- Proven success sourcing niche engineering talent
- Strong understanding of engineering terminology, certifications, and project environments
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms
- High accountability, strong follow-through, and a performance-driven mindset
