They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead the growth of strategic Enterprise accounts across the United States by developing executive relationships and expanding existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop executive relationships throughout the EPC, Utility, Renewable Energy, and Industrial Construction markets
- Expand existing Enterprise accounts while creating new strategic partnerships
- Market ROI Agency's consultant network by proactively connecting available talent with client demand
- Develop opportunities for Construction Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Project Controls, QA/QC, Safety Professionals, Commissioning Specialists, Field Leadership, and Technical Professionals
- Partner closely with recruiting to rapidly deliver exceptional talent
- Introduce clients to ROI's complete workforce solutions ecosystem
- Represent ROI Agency at customer meetings, industry conferences, and association events
- Build a sustainable pipeline that consistently converts into Gross Profit
- Deliver on our promise of being Relentlessly Dependable
Skills
- Minimum 7 years of successful business development or strategic account management experience within the EPC, Utility, Renewable Energy, or Industrial Construction markets
- Existing relationships with Engineering Managers, Construction Managers, Project Directors, Program Managers, Procurement Leaders, Utility Executives, and other enterprise decision makers
- Demonstrated success growing enterprise accounts and producing measurable Gross Profit
- Strong understanding of engineering, construction, and technical staffing
- Ability to develop business through relationships, credibility, and execution—not transactional sales
- Self-starter with an ownership mentality and a passion for building
- Experience selling into or working with organizations such as Quanta Services operating companies
