We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to support a high-visibility enterprise transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives and manage integrated program schedules.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide technology workstreams supporting business transformation and restructuring initiatives
- Partner with business leaders, Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Agility Enablement, and other technology teams to align priorities and execution plans
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules across multiple programs and technology portfolios
- Identify cross-portfolio dependencies, risks, and blockers while driving timely resolution and executive-level decision making
- Establish governance processes, operating cadences, and reporting mechanisms to ensure predictable program execution
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to support organizational readiness and successful business transitions
- Ensure compliance, operational readiness, and smooth transitions involving enterprise systems, business processes, and data
- Define, monitor, and report key program metrics, milestones, and performance indicators
- Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery and execution
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 11–15 years of experience in Program Management, Enterprise Transformation, or Portfolio Management
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation or restructuring initiatives
- Strong expertise in integrated master scheduling, dependency management, and program governance
- Experience working with enterprise business systems, preferably SAP across: Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Supply Chain Management
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies; SAFe experience is preferred
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize initiatives and make data-driven decisions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Enterprise PMO or Portfolio Management experience
- Organizational Change Management experience
- Experience supporting enterprise restructuring or business transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of enterprise asset management processes
- Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments
