About the Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Event Activities & Entertainment Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events involving sports, concerts, and organized activities. This role focuses on coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate planning timelines for sports, concert, and activity-based events
• Manage venue confirmations, scheduling, and vendor communication
• Support ticketing coordination and event access logistics
• Organize transportation, lodging, and activity arrangements as needed
• Maintain accurate event documentation and tracking systems
• Communicate clearly with clients, partners, and service providers
• Assist with event-day coordination and troubleshooting
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working with digital systems and scheduling tools
• Experience in event planning, hospitality, sports management, entertainment, or administrative support is a plus
