Position Overview
This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and process innovation. The successful candidate will act as a catalyst for financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives, translating complex data into actionable insights, and ensuring that our finance‑technology platforms run smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Data Capture & Validation: Accurately enter, cleanse, and validate large volumes of financial data from multiple sources, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Process Improvement Partner: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—including FP&A analysts, finance managers, and technology developers—to identify bottlenecks and recommend automation opportunities.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in bookkeeping, financial data management, or finance‑technology enablement.
- Demonstrated expertise with financial reporting tools, especially OneStream, CPM solutions, SQL, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
