Responsibilities
- Manage a personal book of business with full client relationship ownership
- Provide holistic financial planning, investment management, and risk analysis
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
- Conduct client meetings to deliver tailored financial recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
- Achieve production and revenue targets as established by firm leadership
- Stay informed on industry developments, compliance requirements, and market conditions
- Mentor junior advisors and team members

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Active Series 65 license, Series 66 license, CFP designation, CFA designation, ChFC designation, or CIC designation required
- Proven track record in financial advising and business development
- Exceptional relationship management and consultative sales skills
- Demonstrate excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Possess a willingness to learn firm technologies
