- Drive new business opportunities by leveraging a consultative sales approach and understanding client needs
- Utilize tools like Salesforce and Tableau to track sales metrics and optimize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Engage with potential clients through compelling presentations and demonstrations using Notion and Figma
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor in AI solutions
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay current with industry trends and technologies
Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the tech or software development sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective account management
- Strong proficiency in using sales tools such as Salesforce and data visualization platforms like Tableau
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in business
- Experience in a startup or early-stage company, contributing to growth and scaling efforts
- Knowledge of collaboration tools like Slack and Airtable to enhance team communication and project management
