As a Fresher Recruiter/BDE, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including client interaction and candidate interviews.
Responsibilities

- Bring new clients in the organisation
- Follow up with client on daily basis
- Find candidate according to the client requirement
- Conduct interview and follow up with the candidates

Skills
- Experience: 0-2 yrs
- Fluency in oral and written English is required
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
- Ability to weigh trade-offs between cost, time, complexity, and ease-of-use
- Ability to identify scope expansion and manage expectations accordingly
- Ability to develop detailed, task-oriented estimates to build and implement them
- Ability to clearly articulate assumptions under which plans and estimates are given
- Ability to listen actively, critically analyze
- Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities
