Responsibilities
- Assisting with WordPress website updates, maintenance, configuration, and improvements
- Developing familiarity with PHP back-end tasks and front-end updates using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Participating in website testing across browsers and devices, including identifying bugs or plugin issues
- Learning to analyse website workflows and digital processes for usability and efficiency improvements
- Supporting the documentation of business requirements, processes, technical changes, and recommendations
- Researching relevant plugins, automations, and digital solutions under guidance
- Exploring website performance, accessibility, SEO, and customer-experience considerations
- Participating in remote meetings, task reviews, and digital project coordination activities
Skills
- Currently studying business, IT, information systems, digital business, business analytics, or a related field
- Interested in web development, digital systems, business analysis, and process improvement
- Familiar with WordPress and interested in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
