They are seeking a Healthy Planet Principal Analyst to lead complex EPIC projects, analyze system functionality, and develop innovative solutions for enhanced user experience and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assists in day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving to aid the team in obtaining defined Key Performance Indicators and service levels
- Helps in developing the team to ensure consistency in overall productivity and performance. Monitors individual performance and suggests areas for additional professional development as necessary
- Organizes planning of resources inclusive of allocation and prioritization of workload. Assists in defining work deadlines and coordinates completion of activities
- Identifies new opportunities for process, system, and staff improvements. Encourages critical problem solving and independent thinking amongst the team
- Operates as a change agent for the team by generating excitement for new initiatives and projects
- Provides continual mentorship of staff in areas of technical and professional development
Skills
- Bachelors Other in related field or 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, upon hire
- 5 years working with systems analysis programming/design, including 5 years within Epic Healthy planet platform
- 7 years of additional relevant experience: application support, implementation or development experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry
- EPIC Healthy Planet Certification
