As an Inbound Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to our customers regarding appliance deliveries. This position is a temporary work-from-home opportunity with a full-time schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team.
Department Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST), with rotating Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST)
Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus incentives
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information about their appliance deliveries. Your ability to provide accurate, timely, and friendly assistance will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.
