What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
- Handle a High Volume of Customer Inquiries: Manage a continuous flow of inbound live chat requests from prospective car buyers visiting automotive dealer websites. Respond promptly, professionally, and with empathy to a wide variety of questions, ranging from vehicle availability to financing options and dealership hours.
- Provide Accurate, Up-to-Date Product and Service Information: Serve as a knowledgeable digital concierge, delivering precise information about the dealer's inventory, promotional offers, services, and policies. Essential Qualifications:

- Computer & Internet Setup: You must own or have reliable access to a personal computer or laptop equipped with a working webcam and microphone, along with a stable, high-speed internet connection.

In your first 30 days, you'll complete our immersive paid training program and begin handling live chats with guidance and support from our team leads and trainers. By the end of your first 90 days, you'll be independently managing a full queue of customer conversations, hitting quality and lead conversion targets, and feeling confident in your ability to represent careerzynith and our dealer clients with professionalism and personality.
