Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mindr, part of the Intoxalock family of brands, is dedicated to providing substance use safety and monitoring products. The Phone Sales Associate will primarily handle warm leads, close sales, and schedule installations, while also collaborating with management to improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects (primarily via phone), close sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling)
- Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
- Maintain minimum quality expectations
- Timely follow up on active prospect list
- Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance
- Ability to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
- All other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 0-3 years of sales experience
- Ability to type 30+ wpm
- Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
