They are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join their Commercial Sales group, responsible for achieving revenue and market share goals within a specific North American region.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing—you'll hunt leads, qualify opportunities, position solutions, and seal deals. This is your territory to build and own
- Champion Eagleview’s advanced technology, clearly articulating how our data-driven solutions create accuracy, efficiency, and measurable value for customers
- Engage prospects with a consultative mindset, uncovering operational challenges and aligning Eagleview’s capabilities to drive meaningful business outcomes
- Build and own a robust pipeline through aggressive, disciplined outreach and strategic relationship nurturing—driving opportunities forward and closing deals at every stage
- Deliver high-impact presentations and demos that translate technical features into real-world results for diverse B2B audiences
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, providing accurate forecasting, opportunity updates, and insights that support broader business planning
- Continuously elevate sales performance through training, feedback, and staying current on product enhancements and market trends
- Represent Eagleview with professionalism, curiosity, and a commitment to innovation, ensuring every interaction reflects our dedication to excellence
- Smash revenue targets quarter over quarter—we're looking for competitive, numbers-driven professionals who take ownership of their outcomes and compete to win
Skills
- Proven track record in full-cycle B2B sales with demonstrated closing ability and consistent quota attainment
- Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and cold calling—you're comfortable hunting for leads and building a pipeline from scratch
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Elite phone and cold calling skills—you can quickly build rapport, overcome objections, and move conversations toward opportunities
- Strong listening and sales skills
- A proven ability to crush targets and exceed quota consistently—you're motivated by competition and celebrate wins
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
