Remote Junior Litigation Attorney (Labor & Employment)

We are seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side Labor & Employment law firm based in Beverly Hills. This is a fully remote position for California-licensed attorneys who are looking to build their litigation career in a collaborative environment with strong mentorship and long-term growth opportunities. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with: • At least 6 months of Employment Law litigation experience; OR • At least 1 year of Civil Litigation experience with significant exposure to litigation fundamentals. Candidates with defense-side employment law, insurance defense, workers' compensation, personal injury, or other civil litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Practice Areas • Wage & hour litigation, including class actions and PAGA matters • Individual employment claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination • FEHA claims • Pre-litigation and demand work Responsibilities • Assist with employment litigation matters from intake through resolution • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters • Conduct legal research and case analysis • Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and team members • Work closely with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development Qualifications • Active California Bar license (required) • 6+ months of Employment Law litigation experience OR 1+ year of Civil Litigation experience • Strong legal writing and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Engaged, professional, and eager to learn • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience • Annual bonus opportunities • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Fully remote position • Strong mentorship and hands-on training • Long-term career growth opportunities Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a motivated and communicative attorney who enjoys litigation and is looking to develop within Labor & Employment law.
