Dice is a global manufacturer of highly engineered fluid power systems, and they are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and expand customer relationships in the hydraulics and fluid power sectors. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting product lines, and driving revenue growth across military applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts across the United States
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Promote a full product line of hydraulic, filtration, and fluid power solutions
- Increase sales revenue and profit margins within assigned accounts
- Execute the company's corporate sales strategy
- Maintain accurate and current CRM data, account notes, and customer files
- Provide prompt follow-up and resolution to customer needs, questions, and communications
- Set sales goals, new business targets, and account objectives
- Report on account activity, sales progress, customer needs, and market opportunities
- Stay current on industry trends and serve as a resource to customers and internal leadership
- Monitor competitor sales activity and market efforts
- Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings
- Participate in internal sales and marketing meetings
- Travel regularly to visit current and prospective customers, including occasional overnight travel

- Ability to prepare and deliver effective customer presentations
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail with CRM and customer documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customer priorities at one time
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Associate degree, CFPS certification, or strong practical fluid power experience also considered
- Hydraulics, fluid power, or filtration experience strongly preferred
- Mobile fluid power or industrial fluid power experience is a plus
- Technical sales, key account management, account management, or customer-facing engineering support experience preferred
