[Remote] Learning Design Professional 3 (contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Humana is seeking a Learning Design Professional 3 as a temporary contractor through Atrium. The role involves applying the ADDIE instructional design model to create e-learning courses, virtual instructor-led courses, and job aids while adhering to established guidelines and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Applies the ADDIE instructional design model
• Analyzes content
• Designs learning solutions
• Creates e-learning courses from source content and storyboards
• Creates virtual instructor-led courses from source content and procedure documents
• Creates job aids
• Uses provided templates
• Follows established guidelines/procedures/standards
• Requires minimal direct oversight and receives direction/guidance where needed
• Adheres to established timelines
• Reports status and escalates issues
• Uses collaboration tools to communicate with teammates

Skills

• 5 years of Learning Design Professional experience
• 5 years of instructional design or related training/learning experience
• Experience with standard instructional design tools
• Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)
• Microsoft Word, PPT
• Camtasia
• Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Learning and Performance; Education; Human Resources, Organizational Design or Related field
• Prior experience working in a consumer centric company
• Work experience in a health care and / or Insurance setting
• EST Time zone - Can be located anywhere
