Overview
We are seeking motivated, Texas-licensed life insurance agents to sell life insurance and annuity products in a structured, appointment-based sales role. This position is designed for agents who want to focus on selling—not prospecting.
All appointments are provided. Training is provided.
Your responsibility is to show up prepared, run professional consultations, and help clients implement appropriate coverage and income solutions.
This is a remote role with clear expectations, consistent opportunity, and strong upside for agents who execute.
What You’ll Do
• Meet with pre-scheduled appointments
• Conduct structured conversations to assess client needs and financial objectives
• Present and explain life insurance and annuity solutions clearly and professionally
• Recommend appropriate products aligned with client goals and compliance standards
• Guide clients through applications and required documentation
• Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed to close business
What We’re Looking For
• Active Texas life insurance license (required)
• Motivation to sell and follow a proven sales process
• Strong phone and virtual communication skills
• Comfort discussing financial protection and retirement income concepts
• Ability to manage scheduled appointments and close business
• Prior life insurance or annuity sales experience is preferred, but not required

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
