The role involves providing 24x7 monitoring, investigation, forensic support, incident response, reporting, and notification workflows for the City of Redwood City.
Responsibilities
- Support managed cybersecurity monitoring, incident response coordination, digital forensics support, notification workflows, reporting, and continuous security operations improvement
- Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements
- Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response
- Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed
- Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness
