Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Manager of Strategy and Analytics to serve as the leader of analytics and reporting supporting Member Services
- The role owns reporting, analytics, business insights, KPI management, and operational performance measurement across the customer service organization while collaborating with stakeholders throughout the company
- This individual must understand analytics workflows to direct analysts, estimate effort, set priorities, and evaluate solutions
- They will report directly to the Director of Strategy and Analytics and will oversee a team of Business Analysts while serving as a key partner to operational leadership and senior stakeholders
Skills
- 3-5 years of people-management experience
- 5-10 years of analytics, business analysis, reporting, and data-related experience
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, Amazon Connect, and CRM/ATS systems such as Zendesk/Salesforce
