They are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Lead Consultant to help clients refine their business practices through Cloud solutions, focusing on healthcare clients and leading comprehensive project implementations.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional Oracle Cloud consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire Cloud application services implementation life cycle
- Lead hospital supply chain and procurement design workshops, aligning Cloud functionality with healthcare-specific requirements
- Identify functionality gaps and build extensions for them
- Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Configure the applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
- Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions
- Assist clients in preparing validation scripts and testing scenarios, and developing test scripts
- Lead migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions to production
- Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
- Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Functional Lead role
- Ideal candidate has completed two end-to-end Cloud implementations in Oracle Cloud SCM
- Must have experience with the following: Supply Chain Planning: Demand Management, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Backlog Management
- Must have experience with the following: Inventory Management: Inventory Control, Replenishment, Warehouse Management (WMS)
- Must have experience with the following: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Product Information Management (PIM), Product Development, Product Data Hub
- Must have experience with the following: Logistics: Transportation Management (OTM), Warehouse Management (WMS), Global Trade Management
- Must have experience with the following: Product Data Hub (PDH) & Data Intelligence: Centralized product data, analytics, and insights
- Must have experience with the following: Maintenance: Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, Work Order Management
- Ability to lead other functional leads through the different project phases
- Commercial/Healthcare experience required
- Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
- Hold meetings on camera on a daily basis, and travel to client sites as needed during project milestones
- Must already be living in the US
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- All work to be performed in the US
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations on individual assignments
- Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
- Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, account executives, and management
- Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
- Builds confidence and trust with clients
- Displays effective analytical skills
- Oracle Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred
