Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bridge Professional Services is a worldwide leader in insurance technology solutions, currently seeking an Outside Sales Consultant. This role focuses on growing and cultivating client relationships within Michigan, emphasizing client retention, renewals, and product expansion for an established customer portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company in customer meetings, business reviews, and select industry events to strengthen relationships and drive adoption
- Own customer communication cadence, ensuring timely follow-up on requests, action items, and opportunities across your assigned accounts
- Develop and execute account plans that support renewals, retention, and growth; maintain an active pipeline of expansion opportunities across your assigned book of business
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain accurate renewal forecasting by tracking account health, risks, milestones, and next steps in partnership with internal teams
- Proactively prospect within existing accounts (e.g., whitespace mapping, stakeholder expansion, discovery conversations) to identify, qualify, and close up-sell/cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer needs and usage trends
Skills
- 5+ years of successful B2B account management, customer success, or consultative sales experience required; must have demonstrated ability to prospect and drive expansion within an existing customer portfolio
- A valid driver's license and safe driving record is required
- Ability to work 100% remotely from a home office and reside within the state of Michigan
- Travel up to 40% within assigned territory (primarily day trips)
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent work experience
- SaaS experience and/or technology solution experience preferred
- Experience managing renewals, retention, and expansion motions (including negotiation and forecasting) preferred
- Customer-first, highly organized, and able to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and stakeholders with strong follow-through
