The Payroll Operations & Client Services Manager plays a key role in supporting client relationships and payroll operations while delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the growth of Cerdivo's payroll services practice.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Support the delivery of U.S. and global payroll managed services while ensuring operational excellence
- Coordinate client projects, meetings, timelines, and communications
- Conduct product and service demonstrations for prospective and existing clients
- Participate in discovery sessions, solution presentations, and proposal development
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts
- Represent Cerdivo during client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic initiatives and business growth
Skills
- Progressive experience in payroll operations, managed payroll services, or payroll consulting
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll operations
- Experience managing client relationships in a consulting or professional services environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud Payroll or other enterprise payroll platforms
- Familiarization with global payroll operations
- CPP certification is a plus
