Remote personal injury training supervisor

This is a remote position. About Us: We partner with U.S.-based law firms to connect them with skilled international professionals for long-term, remote opportunities. We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trainer / Supervisor to join our team. This position is open exclusively to candidates located outside of the United States. This is a leadership role responsible for training, coaching, and overseeing a team of intake specialists and case managers supporting U.S.-based personal injury law firms. The ideal candidate has extensive personal injury experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Responsibilities: • Train new hires on personal injury processes, case intake procedures, client communication standards, and company workflows. • Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, scripts, and performance guidelines. • Monitor team performance, call quality, and case handling to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance. • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members. • Identify training needs and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and conversion rates. • Work closely with management to improve processes and optimize team performance. • Assist with onboarding and continuous development of intake specialists and case managers. • Answer questions and provide support to team members regarding personal injury procedures and best practices. • Track key performance metrics and report on team progress and development. • Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture. Requirements: • Must be located outside of the United States (international candidates only). • Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience in intake, case management, legal support, or a related role. • Previous experience training, coaching, supervising, or managing a team. • Strong understanding of personal injury workflows, client intake procedures, and case management processes. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to motivate, develop, and manage a remote team. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/case management software. • Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with U.S.-based personal injury law firms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience creating training materials and performance improvement programs. • Familiarity with legal CRM and case management systems. Work Schedule: • Full-time position. • Must be able to work U.S. business hours (Mountain Standard Time).
