careerzynith is seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and detail-oriented Remote Pharmacy Service Representative to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team based out of 8370 Wolf Lake Dr Ste 107, Bartlett, TN 38133. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity, and candidates must reside in Tennessee and within 75 miles of the Bartlett, TN specialty location to be considered.
In this role, you will serve as a critical point of contact for patients who rely on specialty medications to manage complex and often life-altering health conditions. You will provide telephone-based support, process new patient medication orders and refills, verify insurance benefits, and collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of every prescription.
