- 10+ years of enterprise platform engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure
- Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience designing scalable cloud platforms and applications
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and Automation
- Leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience leading cloud platform initiatives
- AI/ML or cloud-based AI platform experience
- Kubernetes & containerization
- Enterprise digital transformation
- Banking/Financial Services experience
