Executive Communications and Presentation Development
- Develop, design, and refine executive‑level PowerPoint presentations for MBRs, QBRs, offsites, strategy sessions, and cross‑functional forums.
- Translate complex business and technical information into concise, visually compelling storytelling.
- Draft executive summaries, talking points, meeting notes, and communication materials.
Event and Meeting Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and offsites.
- Manage run‑of‑show documents, materials, seating charts, AV setup, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare and track agendas, timelines, and event deliverables.
PMO & Project Coordination Support
- Support PMO governance routines including RAID logs, project updates, status reporting, and intake workflows.
- Manage cross‑functional schedules, dependencies, and action item follow‑
- Assist Project Managers and Program Managers with documentation, tracking, and communications.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and online project repositories.
- Develop and maintain standardized templates for presentations, reports, and project documentation.
- Help support organizational rhythms including operating cadences and planning cycles.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a connector across Technology, Operations, Distribution, Finance, and Product teams.
- Facilitate communication flow between leaders and project teams.
- Ensure timely alignment and follow‑through on cross‑departmental initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in PMO support, executive administration, communications, operations, or coordination roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with demonstrated experience producing executive‑ready decks.
- Strong written communication skills with ability to distill and structure information clearly.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple fast‑moving priorities.
- Experience coordinating events, leadership meetings, or workshops.
- Familiarity with PMO tools (Asana, Planview, Jira, SharePoint, Teams) is preferred.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.

- Salary Range: $75,000 - $92,000
