Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive analysis of biological data, including genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic datasets. Develop, implement, and optimize bioinformatic pipelines for data processing and analysis. Collaborate with research teams to interpret data and draw meaningful biological insights. Contribute to the design of computational experiments and the testing of hypotheses. Assist in the preparation of manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals. Present research findings at virtual scientific meetings and internal group discussions. Maintain accurate and organized records of all analyses and experimental procedures. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in bioinformatics tools and methodologies. Requirements Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline. Demonstrated experience in analyzing biological data using computational and statistical methods. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Familiarity with common bioinformatics tools, databases, and software packages. Strong understanding of molecular biology and genetics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote team collaboration. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
