The Principal Technical Product Manager drives enterprise product strategy for pharmacy-focused digital platforms, delivering measurable business impact through scalable, secure, and patient-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities, balancing innovation with regulatory requirements
- Lead prioritization and sequencing of strategic initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution against roadmap commitments
- Establish success metrics tied to business impact, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency, ensuring product investments deliver measurable value
- Partner with engineering and architecture leaders to define scalable, secure, and interoperable system designs
- Champion the integration of AI across product capabilities to enhance decision-making, automation, and personalization
- Drive adoption of modern technologies across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure while reducing technical debt
- Influence executive stakeholders and align cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and business units
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, removing obstacles and ensuring delivery of strategic objectives
- Promote ongoing optimization through data and AI insights to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Skills
- Minimum of 12 years of experience leading technical products with a track record of delivering complex, scalable platforms in regulated environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Deep expertise in product management, API ecosystems, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Advanced proficiency leveraging AI and data analytics to drive product strategy and decision-making
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality standards within highly regulated industries
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational change
- Deep technical expertise in APIs, system integrations, enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, and modern technology stacks
- MBA or equivalent experience
