TailorCare is transforming the experience of specialty care, and they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their Enterprise Project Management Office. The role involves managing cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and enterprise goals with a heavy focus on client implementations
- Support the successful implementation of new partnerships by managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure clear communication, expectations management, and timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Track and manage project milestones, scope, performance metrics, and budgets across enterprise-level initiatives
- Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks to ensure timely execution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align project execution with strategic business objectives
- Facilitate project planning sessions, retrospectives, and status meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Support change management initiatives and process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and implementing data-driven, scalable solutions
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare or startup environment
- Experience with new and existing client implementations
- Experience in process improvement and/or project management/process planning
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for onsite meetings, team collaboration, company events, etc
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare technologies, EMRs, or clinical workflows is a strong advantage
