Sherwood Staffing Partners is a growing recruiting firm specializing in placing tax, audit, and finance professionals at public accounting firms. They are seeking a self-motivated Sourcer to identify and engage qualified candidates for open searches in Public Accounting, Geotechnical Engineering, and Construction.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo (seats provided)
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active searches across our three core verticals
- Screen profiles against role requirements and flag strong matches
- Craft and send outreach messages to passive candidates
- Track sourcing activity and pipeline status with consistent, organized reporting
Skills
- Prior sourcing or recruiting experience
- Ability to learn niche talent markets quickly (CPAs, geotechnical engineers, construction professionals)
- Strong written communication for candidate outreach
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently on a remote basis
- Agency experience is a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or similar sourcing tools
