They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast Territory to develop strategic sales plans, pursue new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Actively seek out and develop new accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers: on Case Packing and Palletizing systems
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and network
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales
- Strong understanding of case packing machines and robotic palletizing systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop new business and close sales
- Ability to travel extensively within the Northeast territory
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
