This role is crucial in ensuring customers receive outstanding support and technical assistance for green hydrogen solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the initial point of contact for all customer enquiries received via email, telephone, and our online support portal
- Providing clear, concise, and accurate technical support and troubleshooting for Ohmium's green hydrogen solutions
- Efficiently identifying, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate senior support teams in a timely manner
- Maintaining meticulous and detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions within our CRM system
- Developing a deep and comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance to customers
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of our internal knowledge base and customer-facing support documentation
- Proactively gathering customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services
Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service, help desk, or technical support role
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic telephone manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Proficiency in using help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Management) and CRM systems
- A high degree of computer literacy and experience with remote support tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- A genuine interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or the green technology sector is highly desirable
