- Conduct virtual consultations via phone and Zoom
- Present product information clearly and professionally
- Manage client communication and follow-up
- Maintain organized client records within CRM systems
- Participate in training and team development meetings
- Maintain licensing and compliance standards
Skills
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with virtual meetings and CRM systems
- Organized and able to manage multiple client interactions
- Willingness to obtain a Life & Health license
