Heavy Hammer, Inc. has been supporting real estate agents and mortgage professionals for over 26 years with innovative marketing tools and CRM technology. They are looking for a Remote Inside Sales Representative to engage with agents and loan officers, focusing on high-volume phone work to generate sales opportunities and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Make at minimum 250-275 outbound cold calls per day using our dialer and a proven script
- Generate an average of 7 qualified live transfers per day for the Inside Sales team
- Learn our products, CRM, objection handling, and sales process through real conversations, coaching, and repetition
- Take warm, live-transferred calls from prospects already engaged with our team
- Close deals over the phone with a short sales cycle
- Earn through multiple compensation streams, including hourly pay, commission up to 20%, stretch bonuses, and daily cash incentives
Skills
- Strong verbal communication and a confident phone presence
- Comfortable with high call volume and handling objections
- Coachable, consistent, and self-motivated in a remote setting
- Reliable computer (16GB RAM), dual monitors, wired internet, and a headset
- Available during Eastern 9-5 M-F business hours
- Experience in inside sales, call center, or phone-based selling preferred
