Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Salesforce Staffing, LLC is assisting a growing cross-border eCommerce logistics company in hiring a Revenue Operations Manager. The role involves owning GTM systems and building reporting infrastructure to support sales and client engagement, as well as directing external technical resources.
Responsibilities
- Salesforce strategy and roadmap, directing an existing external admin partner rather than doing daily configuration yourself
- Salesloft, managing the sales engagement workflows the team runs on daily
- ZoomInfo, owning the data and prospecting infrastructure feeding the pipeline
- A proprietary logistics tracking tool used to connect field activity to CRM data
- Reporting and dashboards, building the visibility into pipeline and client activity that leadership currently lacks
- Process and SOPs across the commercial org, which are currently fragmented and need structure to scale
Skills
- Experience in B2C delivery, parcel, eCommerce logistics, or a closely related industry
- Prior ownership of a Salesforce environment, including the ability to direct technical resources rather than only do hands on admin work yourself
- Comfort building structure in an ambiguous environment with limited existing process
- Experience with Salesloft and ZoomInfo or comparable sales engagement and data tools
