Responsibilities
- Develop the North American Feed Additives market
- Build customer relationships and expand the customer base
- Generate sales and profit from the early stage
- Promote both manufactured products and selected distributed products
- Support the operation of the U.S. subsidiary
- Act as a bridge between the North American market and the Group
- Build the business step by step
Skills
- Strong experience in feed additives, animal nutrition ingredients, vitamins, organic acids, preservatives, antioxidants, or related products in the North American market
- Existing customer resources and industry relationships in feed additives, premix, animal nutrition, feed manufacturing, distribution, importing, or related sectors
- Strong sales development ability and hands-on business execution capability
- Good understanding of feed-grade vitamins, nutritional additives, organic acids, preservatives, antioxidants, and related supply chains
- Basic understanding of quality documentation, product specifications, regulatory requirements, and market access expectations related to feed additives in North America
- Ability to work independently in an early-stage business environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, cost awareness, and strong ownership
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, local partners, and the China headquarters
- Ability to balance direct sales, channel development, supplier coordination, market feedback, and internal communication
- Potential to grow from a sales leadership role into a broader general management role
