As a Sales Engineer, you will drive sales growth through technical expertise, collaborating with the sales team to design and present tailored solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients and opportunities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges
- Develop and present customized product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including proposal development and contract negotiations
- Work closely with the product development and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and expectations
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for technical inquiries
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our solutions and expand our network
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
