Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Commergence is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to expand their IT services footprint in the US market. This role involves driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and executing a strategic sales plan targeting mid-market financial services and ecommerce firms.
Responsibilities
- Expand IT services footprint in the US market
- Drive revenue growth
- Build client relationships
- Execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate mid-market financial services and ecommerce firms
- Take a proactive and independent approach in building and scaling the business
- Engage sales partners in an outcome oriented commission structure
- Hire a sales executive in the first year to complement efforts
Skills
- 15+ years of IT services sales experience, with at least 5+ years selling to mid-market financial services firms (banks, credit unions, insurers, distributors, brokers, wealth advisory firms)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. References should be available on request to confirm the stated performance
- Expertise in selling services related to Adobe, and Salesforce services is critical
- Strong network of industry relationships within the financial services sector
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build a business from the ground up
- Comfort in collaborating with India based team and adjusting working hours to time zone differences is critical
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Willingness to travel across the US as required
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA preferred
- Additional experience in AWS, or Azure services will be a plus
