The role involves consulting with customers on their insurance needs and converting leads into policyholders while enjoying flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Using sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident Liberty Mutual policyholders
- Representing the Liberty brand and connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs
- Adapting well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of policyholders
- Ensuring customers receive exactly the quality products and services they need
Skills
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred
