Cirrius Solutions Inc. is a Salesforce Summit Consulting Partner focused on providing best-in-class Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Field Service solutions. The Senior Consultant (Revenue Cloud + Payments) will own the technical design of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and payments architecture for a multi-brand franchise implementation, ensuring integration and synchronization across various brands.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA/RCB) - product catalog, quoting, billing schedules, dunning, revenue recognition, and refunds - across multiple brands and price books
- Design the pricing model: brand-level price books and price rules, attribute- and quantity-driven bundle pricing, line-level discounting with permission governance, year-over-year contract ramps, and proportional refunds across bundles and mixed-tender invoices
- Architect the Stripe payments solution - connected-account topology (one merchant account per franchise location), Payment Intents and related APIs, program-fee/application-fee model, split-tender (card + ACH), refunds, and dispute handling
- Design merchant onboarding through a CPQ quote-to-contract-to-e-signature flow (e.g., DocuSign or Salesforce Sign), with contract data stored on the Account
- Lead the AppExchange vs. middleware decision - evaluate managed and unmanaged packages, map functional coverage against gaps, and design an additive integration pattern (Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato) that scales as brands are added without breaking prior brands
- Design async, retry-safe payment-state sync between Salesforce and the payment platform using Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Flow-triggered callouts
- Define the tokenization and migration approach - onboarding legacy processor tokens and transferring tokens on franchise ownership changes, including active/inactive filtering and customer-to-token reconciliation
- Set API design standards for idempotency, retry, and error handling, and produce clear process documentation and decision docs for both technical and business audiences
- Partner with data migration and Salesforce architects, client IT, and brand finance leads; present and defend design decisions to technical, executive, and advisory-council audiences
Skills
- Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant (RCA/RCB)
- Prior implementation in a multi-brand or multi-entity org (not single-tenant B2C)
- Deep Revenue Cloud configuration: price books, price rules, bundles with attribute- and quantity-driven pricing, discount governance, year-over-year ramps, billing schedules, dunning, revenue recognition, and proportional refunds
- Direct production experience with Stripe Connect (connected-account / marketplace topology), the Payment Intents API, and related sub-APIs (SetupIntent, Customer, PaymentMethod, Refund, Dispute, Transfer, Application Fee)
- Experience with split-tender payments, refunds, and disputes, and familiarity with program-fee vs. surcharging trade-offs
- Token migration experience (legacy processor to Stripe imports and/or Stripe-to-Stripe transfers for ownership changes)
- Integration and middleware experience with at least one of Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato, plus Salesforce Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Flow-triggered callouts
- CPQ-to-signature-to-storage contract flows using DocuSign or Salesforce Sign
- Prior work on a franchise, multi-brand, or dealer-network program where each location is an independent entity with its own merchant account
- Strong communication skills - writes clear process documentation and can defend design decisions to both IT and business/executive audiences
- Stripe Certified Professional Developer
- Home services or field services vertical experience (technicians collecting payment on site - tap-to-pay, QR, and pay-by-link flows)
- Experience with consumer financing integrations (e.g., Affirm, Klarna, ChargeAfter)
- Familiarity with surcharging vendors (e.g., Yeld) as a Stripe preferred partner
