Rialtes is a rapidly growing digital transformation consulting company specializing in Salesforce, SAP, AI, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Integration, and Managed Services. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive responsible for identifying, developing, and qualifying enterprise sales opportunities, focusing on outbound prospecting and relationship building to create a predictable pipeline for the executive sales team.
Responsibilities
- Identify Fortune 500 and Mid-Market target accounts
- Build account plans for strategic prospects
- Research executive stakeholders and buying centers
- Generate meetings with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, VP IT, Digital Transformation, CRM, and Business leaders
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns
- Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Qualify opportunities using MEDDICC/BANT or similar methodologies
- Develop opportunities through strategic alliances including Salesforce, SAP, AWS, Microsoft, System Integrators, Technology Partners
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce including Accounts, Contacts, Activities, Opportunities, Forecast updates
- Stay current on Salesforce, SAP, AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Enterprise Integration, Industry trends, Competitor positioning
Skills
- 7–12 years in Enterprise B2B Business Development
- Experience selling IT Consulting or Digital Transformation services
- Proven success selling into enterprise accounts
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Strong executive communication skills
- Experience with outbound prospecting
- Strong LinkedIn networking experience
- 7–12 years of enterprise business development or enterprise sales experience within IT consulting, digital transformation, SaaS, or technology services
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding annual new business revenue targets of US$3 million or more
- Proven ability to build and manage a healthy enterprise sales pipeline valued at 3–5x annual quota
- Experience selling multi-service engagements ranging from US$100K to US$2M+
- Strong history of winning new enterprise logos and expanding strategic accounts
- Experience engaging and selling to C-level executives, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CFOs, and business unit leaders
- Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long decision-making processes
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and maintaining accurate sales forecasting
- Experience selling one or more of: Salesforce Services, SAP Services, AI Solutions, Data & Analytics, Cloud Migration, Managed Services, Integration Services, Customer Experience Solutions
